Seminole Bluff, on the banks of the scenic Saint Lucie River, is one step closer to starting construction on 20 limited-edition luxury waterfront condominiums. On June 28, 2018 workers began construction of the new seawall for Seminole Bluff. The seawall will allow the below grade parking garage construction to begin as well as boat docks for tenant yachts and offshore fishing boats.

NEWS UPDATE: Downtown Stuart’s Luxury Waterfront Condominium Nears Sell-Out

“We’ve been overwhelmed with the response to the Seminole Bluff concept of an ultra-luxury boutique sized condominium with a concierge waterfront lifestyle shared by only twenty residents,” stated John J. Doyle, Builder and Developer for Seminole Bluff, “Buyers have reacted strongly to the idea of a “European style walk-to-everything lifestyle” on the historic downtown Stuart waterfront. The fact that residents can dock their boat within view of their grand residence has also propelled reservations."

“As of May 1, only seven residences remain to be reserved," stated Doyle. “We are currently taking primary and back-up reservations. Our condominium documents are in final review, and we plan to begin construction late summer”

This video from Stuart Florida features a time lapse of the moving of an historic house onto a barge for relocation. The house, known as the Clifton Fishing Lodge, was a local landmark in Florida for many decades. Thanks to John J. Doyle and Stuart businessman Steven Vitale, the historic home was saved for history. Seminole Bluff, one of Florida's top ranked waterfront bargains is being built on the site of the former fishing lodge to give today's residents a taste of what made the location so popular for many decades.
